Shipping policy

International shipping (outside the Dominican Republic)

Our products are made in the Dominican Republic and our international orders are sent from Santo Domingo. If your country does not appear on the list, contact us via email to orders@laalpargateria.com.do and we will see if it is possible to send to the desired destination, as well as provide a quote of the shipping price.

Shipping costs may vary according to the destination. Shipping fees are calculated after adding products to your purchase cart.

International orders are sent within three days through DHL.

For all international orders, we will give you confirmation of email and other information available.

Import rights and taxes are paid when the package reaches the country of destination, and these charges must be paid by the recipient.

We have no control over these positions and customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs costs, please contact your local customs office.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for loss, robbery, or delayed packages by sending through DHL services.

Finally, all articles will be sent to the address of your account, unless indicating otherwise.

Local shipping

National orders in the territory of Santo Domingo are sent within 1-5 days through a private messaging service, in case it is an order towards the interior of the country (Santiago, Higuey, Bavaro, La Romana, Puerto Plata, etc.) will be sent by DWN.

For orders inside you will be provided with a shipping code via email to track the order through the transport company.
Note that we are not responsible for the loss, theft, or the delayed packages sending through DWN.

Finally, all articles will be sent to the address of your account, unless indicating otherwise.

The working days of the espadrio are Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm East Standard Time (EST), excluding weekends and the most important holidays of the Dominican Republic
